Meet Georgia Green. This 25-year-old small business owner is officially killing it with her lip-smackingly glorious cake company, Georgia’s Cakes. In just a couple of years, this young woman has been tasked with creating bakes for the likes of Cara Delevingne and she’s now cast as a UK ‘Tastemaker’ for online food hub, Tastemade. The North London resident bakes every single one of her magical creations from her teeny, tiny box kitchen in her also teeny, tiny one bedroom apartment. Oh, and those studio-esc, minimalist Instagram pics? The product of an off-cut of marble slate and a seldom, uncovered piece of white wall. Although the background you witness on Instagram may be slightly misleading, as for the cakes themselves, trust me; what you see is certainly what you get. I should know, I’ve seen (and eaten) them. I spent the day with this cake-making queen and tried not to eat the entirety of her ingredients. It was hard, but I managed.
